Terms of Service

We provide catering and food services through our website. Our services include food delivery, Chai Cart bookings, and event catering. All services are subject to availability and our service area limitations.

When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. All prices are in USD, and payment is processed securely through Square. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation, and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 48 hours notice required for full refund, 24-48 hours notice for 50% refund, less than 24 hours notice will result in no refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

We deliver our hot chai and chai carts in the New England region. Additional distance fees may apply based on your location. Chai mix shipping is available to all 50 states and internationally where customs regulations permit.

Chai Cart rentals are available for up to 6 hours per event. Setup time (up to 2 hours) and cleanup time (30-60 minutes) are not included in the rental duration. Extended rental periods may be available upon request.

While we strive to provide the best service possible, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for food allergies or sensitivities not communicated to us in advance.
